  1.  PPS Club gift vouchers are issued by Singapore Airlines (“SIA”). Redemption and use of the voucher are subject to the terms and conditions stated on the voucher, as supplemented by the additional terms set out on this page. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict, the terms and conditions stated on the voucher shall prevail. 
     
  2. This voucher is issued in Singapore and is denominated in Singapore dollars (“SGD”). It may be redeemed on KrisShop.com.au.
     
  3. Where this voucher is redeemed on KrisShop.com.au, the voucher value will be converted from SGD to AUD at the prevailing daily exchange rate at the time of redemption/checkout, based on the rate published by the oanda.com. The converted amount applied may vary due to exchange rate movements. 
     
  4.  All purchases on KrisShop.com.au are subject to the redemption and checkout process on the KrisShop.com.au site and are subject to the KrisShop Platform and Sale Terms.

HighFlyer Promotion code
KrisShop Singapore Airlines HighFlyer Promotion Terms and Conditions

  1. This KrisShop Singapore Airlines HighFlyer Promotion (“Promotion") is organised by KrisShop Pte. Ltd. ("KrisShop").

     

  2. The Promotion is open to customers who have earned HighFlyer points via the Singapore Airline HighFlyer Programme ("HighFlyer Shoppers"). HighFlyer Shoppers must first redeem their HighFlyer points through the designated redemption system, following which a unique promotional code will be sent to the HighFlyer Shopper via email (“HighFlyer Code”). HighFlyer Codes operate as vouchers for the HighFlyer Shopper to redeem instead of using cash. HighFlyer Codes issued through the redemption system are valid for use on KrisShop.com only and cannot be used for purchases made on KrisShop.com.au, unless converted to a HighFlyer AU Code in accordance with these terms and conditions.  
     
  3. Any HighFlyer Shopper who receives a HighFlyer Code and wishes to use their HighFlyer Code entitlement on KrisShop.com.au must contact customer service here to request a code specifically for use at KrisShop.com.au. Provided that the HighFlyer Code has not already been applied (in whole or in part) by the HighFlyer Shopper, KrisShop will, grant a new HighFlyer Code for use at KrisShop.com.au (a "HighFlyer AU Code"), and the HighFlyer Code that has been replaced with a HighFlyer AU Code for use on KrisShop.com.au will be cancelled.
     
  4. The HighFlyer Code will be converted from SGD to AUD at the prevailing daily exchange rate at the time the HighFlyer AU Code is issued, based on the rate published by the oanda.com. The converted amount applied may vary due to exchange rate movements. 
     
  5. HighFlyer Codes and HighFlyer AU Codes are promotional vouchers that can be applied against the cash component of a purchase. They cannot be applied to any  miles redemption component and cannot be used for promotions which require full miles redemption (e.g. KrisShop Spectacular Deals). 
     
  6. Each HighFlyer AU Code is valid for six (6) months from the date of issue (“Promotion Period”), and for a single use only. Any unutilised balance remaining on the HighFlyer AU Code at the expiry of the code will be forfeited and is not refundable or exchangeable for cash. 
     
  7. This Promotion will be applied at checkout when the HighFlyer AU Code has been correctly redeemed by the HighFlyer Shopper entering the HighFlyer AU Code during checkout. No retroactive use of any HighFlyer AU Code is permitted. KrisShop may, from time to time, declare on a product page that HighFlyer AU Codes may not be used for certain items.
     
  8. Notwithstanding the terms of any other KrisShop.com.au promotion, multiple HighFlyer Codes may be used in a single transaction but may not be used with other cash equivalent vouchers, unless KrisShop has expressly stated otherwise.
     
  9.  The use of HighFlyer points is subject to the Singapore Airlines HighFlyer Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency with those terms and conditions, these terms will prevail.
     
  10.  KrisShop reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions of the Promotion, and/or terminate the Promotion, at its sole and absolute discretion by publishing a notice on KrisShop.com.au, to the extent that such amendments or termination are reasonably necessary to protect KrisShop's legitimate interest. KrisShop will honour any transactions eligible for the Promotion which are completed prior to the date of the relevant amendment or withdrawal to the terms and conditions, or the date the Promotion is terminated (as relevant). Any amendment to, or withdrawal of terms and conditions of the Promotion, or termination of the Promotion will only apply to transactions made after the change is notified.  
     
  11. By participating in the Promotion, you agree that any and all personal data you submit (including without limitation your name, KrisFlyer membership number, mailing address, contact number, and email address) may be collected, used, disclosed, or otherwise processed (collectively, “Processed”) by KrisShop for the purposes of the Promotion. All Processing of personal data will be in accordance with KrisShop's Privacy Policy.  
     
  12. Nothing in these terms and conditions modifies, limits or restricts any rights or remedies that may be available to you under applicable law, including statutory guarantees or other non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

  2. Applicable for items available for purchase on www.krisshop.com.au only*. 
     
  3. Not valid for inflight purchases.
     
  4. Not exchangeable for cash.
     
  5. Not applicable for customs and import duties.
     
  6. Multiple eVouchers can be combined for a single order.
     
  7. Purchases made using e-vouchers are non-refundable (except one-to-one exchanges for defective items).
     
  8. KrisFlyer miles will accrue based on the cash portion paid (excluding e-vouchers).
     
  9. KrisShop Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
