- Credit Card: For payments made entirely by credit card, the full amount will be returned to your original card.
- KrisFlyer Miles or Vouchers: If your purchase was made using miles or vouchers, the refund will be issued as a KrisShop eVoucher.
- Mixed Payments: For orders paid with a combination of credit card and miles or vouchers, we will refund the credit card portion first. Any remaining balance will then be provided as a KrisShop eVoucher.
