I'm unable to progress past 'Billing Address' during checkout.

If you encounter difficulties with keying in your billing address details, please kindly follow the following steps

After clicking NEXT, you can now proceed to the next section to key in voucher and promotion codes and then payment. 

Alternatively, if you are a KrisFlyer member, you can also do the following:

1. Log in to your KrisShop account.
2. Head over to ‘Saved Address’ under My Account.
3. Click on ‘Add New Address’ and key in your address details.
4. After saving, go to the checkout page and pick your new address to continue with your order.
